What is Flitter?
Flitter is what you introduce to a client who is tired of plain old glitter and wants to try something new.
What's so different about Flitter?
Glitter is specks of shiny high quality polyester material. Flitter, are made of this same polyester, but cut into strips. Same thing, totally different look.
How is Flitter applied?
Between two layers of gel. It's easy. The effect is similar to that of a Glitter Tip.
