 When you order a product, any product, from "Viva La Nails" we will send it out within 24 hours (Mon.-Sat.) We want to make sure that you always receive your order quickly so that you can start using it on your clients as soon as possible! I know what it's like to work in the nail care industry, and that's why I have this policy. I know that every day counts.
We are willing to ship to a wide variety of countries throughout Europe. Our complete list of destination countries is as follows: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
Delivery tends to take between 3-5 days for all customers living within Europe. However, if you do not receive you order within 10 days, please let us know. If there has been a problem in the shipping process, we will do everything that we can to remedy the situation.
In addition, if any product that you receive has been damaged as a result of the shipping process, we will happily replace it for no extra charge. (But frankly, we don't think this will be necessary. We wrap all of our products meticulously in layers of bubble wrap!)
We do require that you pay a flat fee of £2.95 for P&P on small orders. This covers shipping within the United Kingdom or to any of the countries that are listed above. We use AirMail, DPD, EMS or Parcel Force depending on the destination as well as the overall monetary value of the order.
However, if you don't want to pay this fee, you don't have to! Simply order in quantity and we will wave the shipping fee. This is valid for any order of £50 or more, and should really cut down on your overhead. If you always take advantage of this discount, then you will save a lot of money in the long run.
